Meet Adam Bojak

Adam grew up in a working-class household in East Aurora. It was here, as the son of a postal worker and a public school employee, that he first experienced how the average family budget can be squeezed and forced to cut back, but also saw how union jobs can protect and provide for not only the people that work them, but also their families.

Adam graduated from East Aurora High School and continued his education at Rochester Institute of Technology for his Bachelor’s Degree, and later at SUNY University at Buffalo for his law degree. After working in different legal fields for a few years, he started his work as a housing attorney almost ten years ago. Since then, he has been providing free legal services and advice to Western New Yorkers facing housing problems, including representing tenants facing legal disputes with their landlords. He currently also serves impoverished families across the region as an assigned counsel in Family Court.

Adam is dedicated to fighting for the working class and standing with them against the issues they face daily, including: the lack of safe and affordable housing; skyrocketing health care, childcare, and household costs; and the weakening of labor union power. He is running for Assembly to stand up against corporate greed, and to ensure that every New Yorker is able to lead a stable and dignified life.
